When you enter CALIFORNIA DREAMIN' on the top floor, you'll be greeted by two spacious bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two fulls, both with wall mounted Xfinity TV's, ceiling fans & individual heaters. Each has a window seat & gorgeous views of the sparkling ocean.  There is one full bathroom with a tub/shower combo on this floor. 

 

Head downstairs to the 2nd level, open the sliding glass doors and step out onto the scenic oceanfront deck, equipped with a gas grill, 3 chaise lounges & a dining table with seating for 4 (and did we mention the breathtaking ocean view?!?!). On this floor you'll find a comfortable living room with a leather sectional, Xfinity TV, wine & cocktail cabinet with games, puzzles & binoculars, a telescope for viewing sea life, an electric fireplace which provides heat, a dining area with seating for 8 + 3 counter stools & a very well-equipped kitchen, all with panoramic ocean views!  There is also a half bath on this level.  

 

Descend down the stairs to the bottom floor where we have 2 queen size beds, a black-out curtain divider between the beds for those who desire more privacy, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and stackable washer & dryer and a door that leads out to the catwalk and our direct private beach access. For your convenience & enjoyment, you'll also find an assortment of beach gear down here (chairs, boogie boards, skim boards, a surfboard, fishing poles & more).

 

*Strict MAXIMUM OF 8 TOTAL OVERNIGHT GUESTS, regardless of age (including babies & children). No more than 10 total guests (including overnight guests) during visiting hours of 8am-10pm

 

*PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR HOME DOES HAVE 28 STAIRS INDOORS, SEPARATING THE 3 FLOORS, AND THERE ARE STAIRS DOWN TO THE BEACH AS WELL. IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES, CALIFORNIA DREAMIN' MAY NOT BE THE IDEAL PROPERTY FOR YOU.

 

*ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE NOTE THAT CALIFORNIA DREAMIN' IS IN A TOWNHOME COMPLEX WITH HOA RULES THAT MUST BE FOLLOWED. NOTABLY, ALL RECYCLABLES MUST BE DISPOSED OF IN THE PROVIDED RECEPTACLES AT THE SOUTH END OF OUR COMPLEX AND NOT IN OUR PERSONAL GARBAGE CANS (WHICH HAVE EXTREMELY LIMITED SPACE). IF THIS IS OFFENSIVE TO YOU, THEN OUR HOME IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR YOU, AS THIS IS BOTH A COUNTY AND HOA REQUIREMENT AND IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL

 

For your protection as well as our own, we have 2 outdoor security cameras (audio/visual), one at each entrance to our home (near the front door and on the catwalk), as do most homes in our complex. These may not be covered, unplugged, repositioned or tampered with in any way. Please be assured that there are no cameras inside our home or on the middle floor deck and your privacy is respected. We fully comply with VRBO's policy on surveillance devices. If you have an issue with security cameras, then California Dreamin' is not an appropriate property for you.

-$500 security deposit hold required to ensure that you take excellent care of our home. This will be released after our housekeeper inspects our home & linens.

*Cleaning fee includes 3 hours of cleaning/sanitizing (not including the bbq grill - guests are required to clean grill after use) + off-site laundry by our professional housekeeper (not a housekeeping team)(1.5 hours if she has an assistant). If additional cleaning time is necessary due to the condition that our home is left in, it will be deducted at the rate of $60 per hour from your security deposit (examples: excessive sand in the house, furniture moved and not put back properly, beach gear and toys not rinsed and put away properly, grill not cleaned after use, excessive trash that requires a special pick-up, excessive grease & spills in the kitchen and inside appliances, games & puzzles left unorganized). If linens must be replaced due to unremovable staining, the replacement fee will be deducted from your security deposit. Early check-ins and late check-outs without prior consent from owners are subject to additional fees which will be deducted from your security deposit. Our housekeeper is very prompt and will be ready to clean at 11am sharp.

*4 night minimum over Spring Break & major holiday weeks (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Winter Break, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day), as well as during high season: 5/15-through Labor Day Weekend

A generous starter supply of toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, dishwasher pods, kitchen garbage bags & a new kitchen sponge are provided, but guests are responsible for replenishing during their stay if complimentary provisions run out. We make every attempt to keep dishwashing liquid, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash & laundry detergent stocked for each guest, but cannot make any guarantees of this.
